What materials are your products made from?



Each footwear product is made from different materials and can be a combination of synthetic and non synthetic materials. If you require any specific details, please see product descriptions or contact us if unsure.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We Ship Worldwide. All our prices are displayed in Great British £ Pounds Sterling so if you're an international customer, please use a currency converter to estimate the cost in your currency. All Items are despatched with Signed Delivery.

Can I amend my order?

If you would like to amend anything on a recent, pending order with us, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible by phone or email. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we won't be able to make any amendments to it for you however please don't hesitate to give us a call and we can explain how to return an item to us if needs be.

I am unable to place an order?

Sincere apologies if you're having any trouble placing an order with us. Have you entered all your personal and payment details correctly before placing your order? If so, please send us an email or telephone us with as many details of the problem as possible.

Where is my order?

We provide estimated delivery dates for your order within our checkout so you can see exactly when your order should arrive.
If your delivery hasn't arrived on the stated date, please refer to your order confirmation email which will contain your individual tracking number so you can access more details about your parcel.

Please also check for a 'While you were out' card from Royal Mail or your local Postal Service which means the local depot has attempted a delivery. This will include details on how to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel if you prefer.

If your order is being shipped to a European or International destination, please note that they can sometimes take up to 25 working days to arrive but are normally within 7 to 14 days. If your order has not been delivered within this timeframe, please get in touch and we'll look into it right away for you.

How Long Do I charge my Electroluminescent Light Up Attachment for?

For limited edition sneakers that come with an Electroluminescent strap, please use the Micro USB C Cable provided or any other similar cable, and plug into a suitable charger or outlet such as mobile charger. The light on the strap attachment will show red when charging. Once charging is complete, the light will turn off, and battery will be fully charged.
Please note, it is important to ensure the usb cable port is covered with the protector plug cover to prevent any damage to it.

Important Note: These Panels are not 100% Waterproof so please handle with care and use appropriately.
Additionally excessive pulling on the straps may cause damage, so please handle with care when fastening the velcro to the other side.

Electroluminescent Light Up Attachments Information

For all Electroluminescent Panels please handle with care.
These panels are not 100% waterproof so please use with caution in any wet weather.
Each strap uses 3M Hook and Look panels for easy attachment. Please handle with care, and again with caution in any wet weather.
Panels which are used by the customer and become defective (either lighting or velcro) through wrong usage, we are not able to offer any refunds or replacements.
In Any case, please send images of the issue to us via email.
In the unlikely event that you receive a panel that is unused and defective upon arrival, please contact us with the issue so we can check and assist. Usually, all panels are checked and tested before despatch.
